August 3, 2016:

Nun in white habit speed walking up and down the terminal. Arms flying in parade jaunt, silver medallions swinging from her girdle. Smiling with beneficent intent, particularly at the children staring open-mouthed in less than full belief.

Elderly couple with liver spots eating enormous beef burritos, spilling ingredients into the wrappers, whispering to each other between bites. It's unclear to me why it's necessary to do this in a crowded public space. I'd think they'd want some measure of privacy. It seems to be my fortune to share their alimentary moment, 'cos when they're done they stand up and leave.

My flight is delayed because the crew's not here. Here we go again.
