Sandstone, Levi's, Capital Volume Two. Coke, ubiquitous. Big smile. Lots and lots and lots of jet-black hair.
Love, optimism. Entering the struggle with both feet on the ground and a book in one hand.
I can't feel him inside me. Neither the love nor the optimism nor the willingness to struggle. All blasted away, eroded, like this sandstone underfoot, centuries and eons past.
