Her first protest rally. Unsure what to expect: cops? violence? No, just a handful of demonstrators, maybe 300, a small march with speeches indoors at a nearby community center. With her friend we contributed our bodies for a short time, then went thrift shopping. Afterward she excitedly told everyone that she'd participated.
