Some time long ago she learned the cardinal lesson of her life: to be effective an argument must be either logical or it must be loud. Loudness of course is much less taxing. Therefore her opinions make up in volume what they lack in sense, and the atrophy of her intelligence has added some inches to the girth of her bosom.
