"The Tubs": neon naked people party in a jacuzzi. Fourteen year old prostitute in boots and pink new-wave pants asks for a light; later she and her very large "boyfriend" turn their backs while police cruise. The special at Kelly's Steam and Massage is a "steam job", whatever that is.
