Leary received a thirty-year sentence for one-eighth of an ounce of marijuana.
Today an eighth of weed four times as potent sells for $45, in lovely little glass jars with predictable marketing names: "Banana Split", "Amaretto Sour", "Grizzly Peak", "Fun Dip".
Deciding to get silly with it I tease the pretty salesgirl. "It's about getting mellow with the gf & sharing a bathtub for a relaxed but naughty romp."
To my surprise she not only thinks that's adorable, she knows exactly what to recommend.
