Extremely short yet highly paid social climbing young doctor flips his wig when wife shares with him a once-upon-a-time sexual fantasy of lotso years back. Doing what anyone would do under the circumstances he responds by attending a masked orgy with ritualistic overtones, the organizers of which threaten him with death. Boris the Blade makes a cameo appearance as a shop owner who prostitutes his teenage daughter to pairs of Japanese tourists. Our hero makes passing friends with a seemingly symmetrical pair of young streetwalkers. Portraits of the director's wife and daughter hang on the mansion walls. Nicole Kidman is frequently naked, which nearly makes it all worthwhile.
