September 23, 2022:
No-one wants to be around you when you're arm-wrestling depression.
Adding to your isolation is an element of rejection by the rest of humanity, who ultimately want you only if you provide them income, or entertainment.
Selfish human genome. If you're not fulfilling their primary instinctual drives, what use are you?
So that when triggers and brittleness push you underwater your isolation is not entirely your own choice. There's a real component of rejection.
Fine.
Fuck them.
Eat properly, take your meds, get into the sun, run, work out, see your therapist, reach out to people who aren't close enough to feel your panic. You'll put the speedbumps behind, and if necessary you'll collect a whole new crowd once they're past. You're not entirely unlike other humans, after all. There's a context in which people are interchangeable. Use them to fulfill your own primary instinctual drives. Which is the same as saying: Be a human being.
What else is there?
