How long how long before it comes down?
The CEO has begun to understand. She's irritated and offended not so much by his unprofessional demeanor as by his undermining her preferred narratives. It's a start.
The C-levels are too focused on their patronizing team-building to hear what they're told, certainly not to achieve insight.
He's cost us a year.
I'll rebuild. We'll push the prima donna mediocrities out, replace them with junior but skilled professionals. The market favors us.
He's the dam which first has to burst.
