Many of the costs are hidden.
Water, landscaping, pellet stove upkeep. The lease even makes me responsible for refrigerator and dishwasher and laundry machine repair. Final numbers will be considerably higher than the rent alone.
That's okay. I'm happy to swing with it, granted total cost is still remarkably less, and it gets us closer to home, and it gets us the fuck out of Dodge.
