He thinks of me as his junior. I think of him as my junior. That seems unlikely to play nice.
Perhaps more urgently, he's unreliable. Plans and promises evolve suddenly in unexpected directions, so that we can't count on his deliverables or his input.
This all is guaranteed to end poorly.
