Tweaker in backward cap, staring. Breaks off his examination to demonstrate chin ups on the overhead handles. Not sure anyone's impressed in the way he intends.
Street woman with shopping bags. Enters the train on the right side, exits on the left without stopping. A shortcut on her busy trek, 12th & Imperial.
Junkie on the sidewalk, swirling dust-devil of refuse for neighbor. He nods and slumps, it swirls and skips, each rotating in their individual way.
